How in the world Powell is still unsigned is beyond us. In his junior and senior seasons, he combined for 40 sacks while leading the Viking offense as the quarterback, too. A nagging offseason hamstring issue kept him from a few camps, and a few Division II schools have caught wind of his upside. Still, he’s available and if I ran an FCS program, I wouldn’t hesitate to offer.
