Moberg was part of Station Camp Middle School team that finished 6-2 this year and fell to T.W. Hunter Middle School in the Sumner County championship game, 28-3. Despite the lopsided score in the championship game, he played a pretty big role on both sides of the ball, in the success of the Bison in 2023. He made plays as a slot receiver throughout the year, in addition to reaching the end zone as punt and kicker returner. However, he shined brightest as a safety. His willingness to come up and hit is impressive. Though, it should be noted, he needs to improve the angles he takes when trying to track down ball carrier when there is distance between them. He almost always brings the ball-carrier down, but will be an even better tackler when he improves his angles.
