Mr. Dodd’s ability to use his jump cuts to get in/out of holes quickly and make defenders miss in open space are one to keep an eye on the rest of this fall season. Throughout his highlights below, you can see his shiftiness style of running whether that’s in the ground game or in the air attack. In the ground game, he uses his vision to find running lanes quickly between the tackles and once he gets through he flashes his ability to break long runs once he makes the first defender miss. What’s equally as impressive is the threat he poses in the air attack catching out of the backfield. This young man currently doesn’t have any offers under his belt but man he’s posting incredible numbers week in and week out so far this season. If I were a college coach, I would keep tabs on this young man the rest of this fall season and get him on your radar. Twitter
