Lower Dauphin’s two-way star could double as a top LB if need be, as the talent was close to earning an “ATH” designation from us. No offers to his name, Millhimes begins his tape showing he can catch the football out of the backfield. Serves as a kick returner for LD too, a lot to unpack.
