Overall I have broken down prospects from York-Adams, Lancaster-Lebanon and the Mid-Penn individually by conferences. For this article I am gonna focus on the entire District 3. Here we go.
Ryker Jones Ryker Jones 6'0" | 195 lbs | LB Wyomissing Area | 2024 State PA Wyomissing Area. Jones is an elite athlete playing linebacker. Jones just flies around and makes plays all over the field. He is very good at reading and reacting to the play and then getting downfield and making the play. He is very good at dropping in coverage and making plays on the ball. He is also a very good Blitzer who can blitz from different positions to create havoc. Wyomissing Area’s offensive/defensive coach Steven O’Neil on Jones “The attributes the the college coaches love are that Ryker is a true sideline to sideline LB. He was our leading tackler, almost double the 2nd leading tackler. He can do it all for us. He was one of our top Blitzers, had a couple sacks and a ton of tackles for loss. And he’s a true 3 down linebacker. With his speed he’s excellent in man coverage as well”. Jones projects as a high Division 1 player who recently got an offer from Princeton.
Nizeah Mummert Nizeah Mummert 6'0" | 185 lbs | WR Spring Grove | 2024 State PA Spring Grove. Mummert is an underrated players. He played running back, wide receiver and quarterback for Spring Grove. He was dynamic and did about everything for the Rockets. His film you can see him constantly making plays all over the field. Either running the ball from quarterback position, to running the ball, to then going outside to catch passes. As a wide receiver he is talented. He can catch the ball well and he runs good routes. As a running back he is almost impossible to bring down. He is very good at breaking the 1st tackle and refusing to go down. Mummert is a talented player and with a strong senior year CFB coaches should be around to check him out.
Highlights
Durrel Ceaser Steelton-Highspire. A dynamic wide receiver who can do it all. On his film you can see him do about everything at wide receiver. He is very good on deep balls. He shields his body well against the defender then goes up and gets the ball. He is also very good on short passes and he can make people miss and take it to the house anytime. Ceaser also has very good size. Being 6’1″ allows him to have a higher catch radius. Ceaser is someone who should be getting CFB offers, and I fully expect it to happen. Finally with a strong Senior year he can really show the CFB coaches what kind of player he is.
Ty Millhimes Ty Millhimes 6'1" | 200 lbs | RB Lower Dauphin | 2024 State PA Lower Dauphin. Millhimes is an underrated prospect that is super dynamic with the ball in his hands. He can take it to the house at anytime. When he gets into the open field he just runs away from defenders. He is also a very good at running back at taking contact and keeps moving. He is a perfect 1 cut and go running back and when you give him one seam he is gone. Millhimes is also a very good athlete and can return kickoff and punts and make plays. He is a playmaker you can play all over the field. He projects as someone who should get several looks from colleges and recently visited William and Mary’s Junior Day.
Highlights
Soren Stoltzfus Soren Stoltzfus 6'2" | 285 lbs | OL Conestoga Valley | 2024 State PA Conetstoga Valley. Stoltzfus played left guard and left tackle for Conestoga Valley last year. He projects as a interior lineman at the next level. Stoltzfus has excellent feet. When he gets out of his stance he moves his feet very well for an offensive lineman. He has very good technique. His pad level is excellent as he is able to get under defenders and drive them. Another area he excels in is his pass blocking. He is very good at moving his feet and keeping the defenders in front of him. Stoltzfus has been lightly recruited, but he has the tools to play CFB. With a strong Senior year he should have a good chance to play CFB.
Chase Regan Chase Regan 6'0" | 180 lbs | DB Bishop McDevitt | 2024 State PA Bishop McDevitt. Regan is a very good safety who can play lots of positions on defense. What makes him a good player is he can be an in the box safety and also be a safety who can drop deep in coverage. The other key part about being a safety is you need to come up and be a sure tackler, Regan does a great job with that. He comes up from his safety position and tackles very well. He can also make plays on the ball as well. He is also dynamic after he catches the ball. He can return an interception or a fumble for a touchdown very easily. He can also be useful in the return game by returning punts and kickoffs. Regan with a strong Senior year should have a chance to play CFB.
Nick Slogik Nick Slogik 6'5" | 230 lbs | DL Bishop McDevitt | 2024 State PA Bishop McDevitt. Slogik is already committed to Pitt to play baseball, but he is still getting plenty of Division 1 football offers coming. Slogik is an elite defensive end who can do everything. He has great technique and uses his hands very well. He has elite size and is a menace for the quarterback as he can either put pressure on the quarterback or knock down passes. Also Slogik has this unbelievable motor. He has no problem chasing down players all over the field. Truly an elite player the only question is if he play College Football or College Baseball.
Ronald Burnette Steelton-Highspire. An underrated prospect who is a dynamic running back. Burnette is a perfect one cut and go running back. When he hits the whole he explodes in it. He rarely gets tackled by one tackler and runs with a physical punishing style. Burnette is also very good at taking it to the house. If you give him a seam and he gets to the open field he is gone. Burnette is also a very fluid athlete that can make people miss. Burnette has a good chance to play CFB if he continues to get better and have a strong senior year.
