Through 5 games, Ty has 26 receptions for 456 yards, and 3 TD’s. On defense, Barman has 34 tackles (24 solo), 1 INT, and two forced fumbles. In basketball, Barman is a beast, a star, and one of the best in ND regardless of class.

I don’t think we have had a multi-time Big Dog of the Week in their freshman season in the Dakotas since we launched in 2020 so that might be worth noting as we have had a lot of Big Dogs of the Week over the the years.

Ty is our top prospect in the North Dakota 2029 class and had an excellent outing at wide receiver in the Outlaws 39-20 win over Turtle Mountain. He logged eight receptions for 102 receiving yards, one touchdown and logged one interception on defense as well. What popped out right away on tape is the athleticism that Ty has at his disposal with his receptions as the first couple of clips showing how well-versed his hands are while getting in the air for the ball. That athletic consistency appears the same with his defensive efforts from Friday night which show off how versatile this young man is on both sides of the ball. Our #1 overall prospect in the 2029 class is Ty Barman Ty Barman 6'4" | 190 lbs | WR/DB Ray/Powers Lake | 2029 State ND of Ray-Powers Lake and is one that has been on my radar for almost a year now due to the conversations I have had with college coaches as an 8th grader to watch at the time. Ty was another 2029 prospect that I got my live eval at one of NDSU’s two-day camps this summer and it was one that well-received by me and the college coaches in attendance that were shocked that Ty is just entering his freshmen year for the Outlaws. He shows off the big catch-radius you look for, great hands and ran the best testing numbers for his size within this 2029 group from North Dakota. The 6’3 185 pounder I have been told and I agree too with the college coaches that have told me this that Ty surely has a Division I ceiling as the highest ranked prospect we have ever had since we launched in 2021 from Ray-Powers Lake.
