Perhaps no player in the 2025 class has had a busier offseason than Trey McNutt Trey McNutt 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH Shaker Heights | 2025 State OH with multiple power five offers coming his way since January and for good reason. The 5’11 athlete most recently was offered by Ohio State head coach Ryan Day for his impressive 4.4 40-yard dash speed and impact on the field. McNutt is an absolute gamer all over the field making an impact as a wide receiver, defensive back and cornerback. His breakaway speed is already next level to get his name on the radar of nearly every major college program. As a wide receiver, his tight route running and push off creates space to make him a threat to score anytime he’s thrown to. McNutt does his best work on the defensive side of the ball where he disrupts as a back or corner and can shut down a team’s best weapon. No matter where he is on the field as a high schooler, he is arguably the best player lined up which has him busy this spring attending a number of schools to find the best fit for him at the next level.
