Ti’ras is a player I saw at practice recently and he has added some good bulk to his frame, making him a stronger more physical DE to go along with his speed/athleticism he showed last season. As a junior he 7 sacks, 12 tfl’s and 6 pass deflections, I can only see those numbers going up this season.
A good overall athlete with a basketball background, Ti’ras is still new to the game with lots of potential and room to improve. He has nice length, which he has learned to use to his advantage with all those tipped passes last season. He plays with a good motor and pop off the LOS. With fluid hip and the ability to re-direct, and array of pass rush moves, Ti’ras is consistently making plays in the backfield. While having no offers yet, Ti’ras will generate some nice FCS/D2 interest with a strong senior season combined with his high ceiling as a player.
