I only had to watch 2 minutes of highlights to see that Terel Dallas Terel Dallas 5'11" | 165 lbs | QB FL is a playmaker. The 6’0 165 pound lefty Qb out of Jacksonville already has offers from UAB and Arkansas and I can see why. Dallas does very well with the option and I’m not sure whether or not to call him a dual threat but he can definitely use his legs to make big plays. Dallas has great vision when scrambling and is quick to make defenders miss. He has elite athleticism and throws a great deep ball. He’s exciting to watch when he gets out of the pocket. There’s not many young Qb’s in the state of Florida that can throw and run as well as Dallas does. 
 

Another dual threat lefty with speed to grace this list is Terel Dallas Terel Dallas 5'11" | 165 lbs | QB FL who holds a couple of offers already (UAB, Arkansas). When you can flick the ball and run like Mike Vick coaches start to get in line. Dallas is a lean 5’11 165lb nightmare for defensive coordinators. Especially, in the youth arena. How do you stop a young QB who can march his counterparts down the field with finesse using his arm or legs. My follow up question, is basically, “how do you want it?” Send your D-Ends crashing off the edge and the RPO will come out. Try to apex the #2 WR and he’ll throw over the top or run off tackle for a huge gain. Dallas also separates himself with his maturity and leadership. No wonder he was moved up in the Future Stars game. As he continues to develop his game with hitting timing routes, throwing back shoulder dots, Dallas will also extends plays using his legs. Keep a very close watch on this one.

– If you were looking for Dallas on the seventh-grade field, you weren’t going to find him. The 2028 quarterback actually played up with the eighth-grade class, participating against class of 2027 athletes

– The Future Stars Game week was the third time I saw him play live in the last calendar year and the kid keeps on ascending. I’m not the only one who sees it, as he picked up his first two offers from UAB and Arkansas during the week

– Up to 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds, he’s shaping up to be one of the top dual-threat prospects in the class. A lefty with a ton of ability and even more upside because of he moves. Also, an incredibly likable kid that had the respect of all the coaches and his teammates. I’m excited to see where this young man goes

Dallas is just a 2028 prospect, but he spent Future Stars week playing up on the eighth-grade Florida Future Stars team with the 2027 prospects. The elite lefty not only had a tremendous week of practice but the Jacksonville native also picked up his first two verbal offers this week, from Arkansas and UAB. I highly doubt they’ll be the last two for the dual-threat signal caller.

Despite this being the eighth-grade team Florida Future Stars team, Dallas is only a seventh-grader (class of 2028) and was selected for the roster. I truly believe he will push McDonald to the limit every practice, every drill and every rep, in terms of fighting for that starting spot. Dallas was the starting signal caller a year ago for the Florida Future Stars seventh grade team and was a notch above the competition. Like McDonald, he’s also a southpaw and is an impressive playmaker. Dallas is an RPO threat on every snap and can break a long run off at any time–with impressive speed to boot. He’s listed anywhere from 5-foot-10 to 6-foot but his exact size is unverified. That said, he certainly is long and lean with a slender build. He moves fluidly and simply makes plays. Having seen him play several times in the last calendar year, I’ll give him the edge in terms of dual-threat ability for this Florida eighth grade team, headed into the Future Stars event.

Had the opportunity to watch Dallas play live for the second time in six months and he again checked every box as a 2028 Quarterback prospect. First saw him at Future Stars this past June and he’s only sharpened his craft since those hot early summer days. He split some time at Quarterback for the Duval Jaguars at AYF Nationals this year but he looks to be the future at the position for the national 13U runner ups and at Ribault Middle School. One of those gifted signal callers that can put beautiful touch on the deep ball and can turn around and burn a defense for a long run with his legs. Looking forward to watching another year of him on the pre-high school level.
