Tayejion made an immediate impact at Cactus after transferring from Millenium rushing for 1,200 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior. Possesses a solid compact frame at 5’8” 180 lbs. and is a twitchy and explosive ball carrier. Attacks running lanes quickly with good initial burst through the first level. He’s got great lateral quickness and change of direction to shake defenders both in tight spaces and the open field. Plus vision to read his blocks and the flow of the defense to locate a gap, hits the cut back lane with speed against over pursuing defenders. Can also direct his blocks to create positional leverage. Flashes sustained top speed with the ability to break away from defenders in space. The 5A All-State RB committed to Ottawa.
