Head Coach Notes/Analysis: Steve is a 6’1 270lb interior lineman who is a tireless worker. He has a low-center of gravity and excels at kick-out and down blocks in a power run scheme. Steve is also great at finishing blocks down field until the whistle. He looks to study business in college and has a 3.1 GPA. Steve will be competing at numerous camps over the summer to improve his stock as he heads into senior year. He is a true football junkie and will do whatever it takes to reach his goal of playing NCAA football.

His 1st and 2nd step out of his stance are quick and he can bend at the knees. I observed him as a hard nosed competitor who has confidence in is skill set to win every battle he faces.  When he had to compete against a top defender in attendance, I could see him elevate his game each time.  Has superior lower body strength and base.  He is a 6’2″ off-lineman and he will fight the uphill battle of his size, but he does display the skill set and desire to compete against any defender including defenders that are larger than he is.

Has good strength in his legs to move guys downfield. He dips his hips and strikes with force.  Keeps his feet moving when drive blocking.  Plays with aggression and a bit of nastiness. Has good size in his frame.
