I hadn’t watched Willis junior tape until he reached out to me earlier this week, and man, have I missed out. He’s been incredibly productive throughout his career, but might be coming off his most impressive season yet. Be sure to check out some of his clips below, you’ll come away impressed.

Willis has emerged over the last few months as one of the premier 2027 OL prospects out of Alabama. Willis is a prototype tackle prospect. He is tall, long, lean, and athletic enough to handle the responsibilities of a tackle at the FBS level. He battles hard in the run game as well. He is quick out of his stance, plays with good hand placement in his punch, and fires his feet to displace defenders. He is only going to improve as he adds mass and better play strength to hold the point. Big fan of this kid.

Willis is a dominant RG who opens up so much of his team’s run game. Willis consistently dominates the line of scrimmage to open up wide rushing lanes nearly every snap. At 6’5 275, Willis has great size and impressive leverage and power he uses to drive defenders back several yards.

Willis is just as productive in pass protection. With his size, strength, and quickness, Willis a mismatch DE/DTs and consistently walls them off to allow no interior pressures. I’m really impressed by how well-rounded of a lineman he is- and he’s only going to keep getting better.
