Hogg was a really solid safety this season for Lincoln and although his film is limited to the first half of the season Hogg is an athletic instinctive safety for Lincoln. He could play some nickel or true safety at the next level because his ability to come downhill and be a physical and willing tackler on tape.

is an up and coming athlete out of Lincoln in Brooklyn. Hogg is a solid route runner and can make guys miss after the catch. He also showcases the willingness to block and do it well on the outside. There are some serious flashes from Hogg that display he could be one of the best athletes in the state but turning those flashes into consistent production at a high level will be key for Hogg. Hogg is a name to watch this fall and a candidate to breakout with a strong returning offensive group for Lincoln.
