To wrap up our top five defensive backs in the class of 2027 in the state of Kentucky, I have Sekou Kamara Sekou Kamara 5'10" | 145 lbs | DB Trinity | 2027 State KY . Kamara lines up mainly on the outside at corner but has shown the versatility to play inside at nickel as well. He is very reliable in zone coverage, showing the ability to read route combinations then break on the ball so the perfect timing to make a play when it is thrown his way. Kamara finished last season with 12 pass breakups in 12 games. He also showed the ability to provide support against the run, finishing his sophomore year with 41 tackles and three tackles for loss. Sekou currently holds offers from Appalachian State and Warner, and I expect more to come his way over the next couple seasons.
