has been a highly touted quarterback prospect in our state and has been rewarded with a commitment to West Virginia for over a year. Fox has a rocket of a right arm and can make you pay at every level of the playing field. Fox is extremely impressive on short, in-breaking routes and throws on time well with his weapons. Fox can run a collegiate-style offense, and his processing is quick to get the ball out on time and within rhythm to keep drives going. Nobody has been able to stop the Mentor offense this season as they have averaged 40 points per game, and Fox is a huge reason why.

has the poise under center of a much older quarterback after only his sophomore year. An intelligent field general that can improvise at an effective level, Fox commands his offense as a pocket passer with above average accuracy. He displays a nice arm with touch on deep passes to throw for more than 3,000 yards this past fall. When reading a defense to find an open receiver, Fox processes at rapid speed to deliver a ball where only his man can get it. His accuracy is his best trait to get balls out cleanly to an open receiver to catch the ball and move up field. While Fox can carve up a defense with a clean pocket, he shows flashes of his athleticism when scrambling while keeping his eyes down field to exploit a defensive breakdown to gain yards. Fox has had a busy spring with his recruiting reaching the elite level with interest from Ohio State, West Virginia and Minnesota to name a few schools.

He does a good job of reading the coverage and quickly finds the open receiver. He gets the ball out of his hands before the defense can get pressure. He delivers the ball with good accuracy on short, intermediate and deep passes with quality arm strength and touch placing the ball on the correct shoulder maximizing YAC. He shows good ability to deliver the ball accurately while on the move even when there is a defender in his face.
