He has the size (6’4″) and strength to dominate defenders. Witmer was at our spring showcase, and he played well. He fires out of his stance and dominates defenders. He is especially good at run blocking. He locks onto defenders and drives them off the ball. I am excited to see Witmer play this season as he has a chance to have a big season.

At the showcase, he earned a top 5 performance because of this ability. He has a good ability to fire off the ball and move his feet. This was evident during the one-on-one drills. He was able to move his feet and do well against good edge defenders. Witmer has a bright future ahead as a college player, but for now, he has transferred to Kiski School, which is a good opportunity for him. Witmer is a talented offensive lineman.

A 25-game varsity starter carrying a 4.0 GPA, he combines size and strength with solid movement skills, posting a 4.7 shuttle, 8.0 L-Drill, and a 7-foot-3 broad jump. In the weight room, he has recorded a 315-pound bench, 455-pound squat, and 515-pound deadlift, while also owning an 83-inch wingspan and a 47-foot-5 shot put mark. His film is littered with him going and blocking defensive players in the run game. He has an excellent feel for how to block all types of defenders. Witmer is a talented player who can do it all.

He played as both an offensive lineman and a defensive lineman last year. Starting as a freshman on the offensive line, he did a good job of firing off the ball and blocking defensive linemen. He is strong enough to bully defensive linemen off the ball. He also shows good feet, moving them to stay in front of defenders. Then, as a defensive tackle, Witmer wrecked offensive players trying to block him. Witmer is a good prospect with a lot of talent.
