Kelley is a towering OL prospect who is starting to pick up small school recruiting attention. Have seen him listed at 6’5 250, so there is the natural progression of his growth ahead of him. He is still developing his play strength, but he brings his feet at contact, strikes with decent pad-level, and has the motor to finish blocks through the dirt. All of those things allow him to play bigger than listed and knock defenders off their feet. Kelley is long and handles some athletic OL duties, such as climbing to the second-level and searching. As a result, there’s a chance he flexes outside and develops as a tackle. Regardless, there’s a lot of upside here and he at least adds depth across several spots.
