Biddle is the lifeblood of this team and he gave them everything he had today, but it wasn’t quite enough. New Palestine is a well-oiled machine that will take advantage of every opportunity, so you must be near perfect to beat them. Riddle stood in there firing all game long and never gave up. New Palestine’s pressure was relentless and they made sure to force Biddle to beat them with his arm. He had an 80-yard TD to start the game on the first play to go up 7-0. Biddle’s 3 passing TDs on the brightest stage weren’t enough, but they fought until the last second ended and I respect them for that.
