The BYU signee completed 77 percent of his passes for 268 yards per game with 36 touchdowns and ran for 15 touchdowns for a Folsom team that won a state championship this season.

Lyons battled injuries his senior season and exited the State championship game in December.

I covered his game against Mission Viejo earlier this season adn he was playing through an injury and showed his toughness while being sacked nine times. Lyons has one of the more impressive arms in the class, gets the ball out on time and from different arm angles and has very good pocket awareness.

He suited up but did not play in the All-American game on Saturday.
