Avon had an amazing season that ended with a 16-0 record and a state championship trophy in a snow filled Tom Benson Stadium. While the Eagles had a high-flying offense, Stolarski was a big part of their unheralded defense that made huge plays all season on their way to Canton.
Though a bigger linebacker Stolarski’s ability to and pursue flashes on film. His read and react is on point and allows him to play the game fast. Whether it is running down the alleys to take out ball carriers or blitzing gaps in the pass game, Ryan shows off excellent speed and the ability to be slippery in the wash. He doesn’t just hit his target he runs through it.

A player with Division I offers might not be considered “overlooked,” but most of them are from the MAC and Stolarski is certainly deserving of Power 4 attention. With good size and academics, he is a top tackler with great closing speed. He can also drop back and cover the pass.
