Jenkins returns for his senior campaign as one of the top quarterbacks in the state in the class of 2025. He will bring experience and his dynamic arm talent to St. Thomas this season. Having Jenkins under center should put them right back in the conversation as a state title contender. Roy stands tall in the pocket, he has excellent field vision and his quick release enables him to get the ball out rapidly. He has the arm strength to make throws outside the numbers on a rope with pinpoint accuracy. Jenkins navigates the pocket with clean footwork and he has the ability to complete passes on the run outside the pocket. He is a national recruit with offers from Pittsburgh, Penn State, Virginia Tech, Tulane and Southern Miss. He has seen some love from in state schools, such as Lamar, Texas Tech, Texas State, UTSA and North Texas.
