A poised dual-threat with great timing and impressive mechanics for a quarterback his age. Jax shows a smooth release and an expedited delivery once the rush comes. He’s steady off-platform and can make throws out of multiple arm slots when under duress. He’s a strong runner in the open field, armed with great vision and plenty of wiggle.
Jackson Hamilton Jackson Hamilton 6'0" | 170 lbs | QB Pearland | 2025 State TX , 5’11”, 170, Pearland
Hamilton is extremely polished when throwing on the move, constantly squaring his shoulders towards his target. On tape, he’s outstanding when forced to improvise, simply side-stepping defenders and calmly climbing the pocket. He’s got some serious zip behind his release and uses sudden hips to help drive the football downfield. His intermediate-vertical ball touch was evident all over his 8th-grade film.
Quinten Foster, 5’11”, 175, Spring
Foster is dynamic outside the pocket and will make you pay if you don’t bring him down after initial contact. This young man has plenty of arm talent and can easily sling it forty yards downfield. On tape, he calmly sits in the pocket against free rushers and will deliver a strike downfield. He does a good job taking what the defense gives him and not forcing the football into zone coverage. This is a special talent who I think could develop into one of the top quarterback prospects in the state of Texas when it’s all said and done.
Rocky Urich, 6’2″, 180, Celina
A pocket-passer that can add some value on called quarterback runs. Not a burner as a runner, but Urich does have some shake once he gets into space and is rarely brought down by the first tackler. He shows calm feet in the pocket and will drop the go ball right into the breadbasket. He does a tremendous job identifying man coverage and putting the ball where only his wideout can get it. Based on his football IQ and god-given ability, I think he’d be a tremendous fit in a wide-open air raid offense.
Roy Thomas Jenkins Roy Thomas Jenkins 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB Beaumont Westbrook | 2025 State TX , 6’2″, 165, Monsignor Kelly Catholic
On tape, Jenkins effortlessly works through his progression, even at times getting all the way to his check down. He shows active footwork and does a phenomenal job transitioning his weight to get maximum velocity behind his ball. Jenkins throws the football with plenty of anticipation on intermediate routes and will place the ball right on his targets numbers. When you watch his camp film from 2021, this does not look like a quarterback fresh out of 8th grade.
