About ROMANDO

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aggressive, attentive, and effective. Coachable, Impact/Team Player. I'm an athlete with a phenomenal IQ,. As a team captain, I take no plays off in play or practice and push myself to the limit to set an example for my teammates. I play both sides of the ball. The last game, I played 8 positions.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Level headed, natural leader, who looks for areas of improvement fundamentally and situationally. I believe in unadulterated competition. Nothing should be given. I will play wherever needed and I must perform. I don't have to be the fastest or the biggest, but the smartest and craftiest. Heart is not even in the discussion. I pay attention and use what I peep about you to my advantage. I'm HIM.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a member of Future Leaders in American Government, National Society of High School Scholars, and volunteer for two non-profits during my down time.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Growing up, I played QB and MLB so I was used to leading, being sensical, and big on talking teammates up. That prepared me for HS. I got sidelined as a freshman. Coach said I didn't look the positions (my mom said I played, lol). Funny thing is, once I touched the field I had a permanent spot, or two, or three on both sides of the ball in any sport. In that, I developed resilience and patience.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I lost my brother (2/2020), my cousin (5/2022), my best friend/teammate (6/2023), and another friend/teammate (2/2024). None were violence related, all were unexpected. Trauma kept coming at me. They were 16 except my brother, who was all my siblings favorite brother. They called me lil TC since I was 5 at his wrestling matches. I FIGHT EVERY MATCH, DOWN, OUT, INNING, QUARTER FOR THEM.

What type of college are you looking for?

Power 4 that can or not be necessarily a consistent FBS Top 5, but is competitive and missing a few pieces to make them a contender, looking particularly for positions I play. However, I will go to any school where I can compete to play, because I intend to dominate and earn, gain my notoriety.

Craddock is up to 6’2 220 and in my opinion is one of the most over looked LB prospects in AAA. He followed up an outstanding junior season, where he had 14 TFL, with an even more impressive senior season. He accounted for 136 TT for the Jaguars with 8 TFL, forced 2 fumbles and picked off 2 passes.

A coachable prospect with a high football IQ. Brings a high motor every Friday night and is one of the most violent tacklers I have seen from the LB spot this season. Has good size with room to grow. Craddock definitely needs more attention late in this recruiting cycle.
