Rocco Griguoli Rocco Griguoli PA is an excellent athlete with good size (6’5″) for Marian Catholic. On offense, he played as a wide receiver and tight end. He shows an excellent ability to catch the ball. His body control is incredible, the way he hangs on in tight coverage to catch the ball. If he is even with a defender, a QB can throw it up, and he usually comes down with the ball. He is not a one-trick pony; the kid is exceptional after the catch. He can catch the ball and make defenders miss in the open field. Then, as an edge defender, he is also a playmaker. Chasing plays down all over the field. On one play, he intercepted a pass and returned it for a touchdown. Griguoli is a talented two-way athlete.

- New profile created, came across Griguoli’s tape. 6’4, 200 pounds. Is a basketball player at Marian Catholic, makes sense, Griguoli’s size makes him the ideal TE/DE prospect. 9.88-inch hand size. Is a 3rd baseman for MC as well. Unsure how I missed his tape/work in previous years.
- Love the variety of alignments seen on tape. Griguoli is a new addition to our database after the junior tagged me in several X posts. Games in August have Griguoli catching screens behind the LOS and looking better than expected after the catch, I was caught off guard by his athleticism initially. You can then witness Griguoli work off the edge as an OLB in a standard 3-4 front. A bit raw as a defender, yet I applaud Griguoli’s effort in pursuit of the football, as well as his ability to eat up/sustain his gap. Is asked to block when aligned in a traditional TE spot. Can be tasked with serving as a flanker in this offense, Marian Catholic has no problem stationing Griguoli outside the hash marks, too. There are traits and levels to unlock in this prospect, would love to see him in person. Excited to get him on our rankings in time.
