I was able to watch Rob at a Saginaw Valley camp a few weeks back. There, he proved to have above-average athleticism while being mostly on-par with the best DBs at camp. Notably, he has great fundamentals when it comes to press coverage. The actual execution and fluidity in his movement is sometimes a step slower than some, but it’s still apparent that he knows how to play DB at a high level- just needs more reps and high confidence. It’s also notable that Rob displayed good ball skills throughout camp.
He may be a smaller prospect, but he’s quite skilled and a college should pick him up as a high floor player.
