If we are talking about gunslingers in Grand Forks, Reese checks out on tape as one of the best in the area in this 2027 class heading into his senior season. The 6’3 190 pounder is extremely precise with his ball placement and can make those types of throws on all three levels. There also is persistence in the reps I see out of Reese with his poise in the pocket as on tape even though you see a few snaps off line, you never see this young man rattled in the pocket despite it. I have him as our QB9 in the class, but surely expect that stock to rise up this summer as he put together some sound reps on light tape due to injury as a junior.

Reese is a 6’2 190 pounder is one that I feel could be a big mover in this quarterback group into summer and his senior season out of Grand Forks Red River. I like the quick processing speed he has with his reads as even though he had a shortened season due to the injury, you can surely tell how poised Reese is inside the pocket. Mainly every throw you see from Reese on tape, shows off the balance college coaches are going to want to see this summer as you can tell Reese is accustomed with a well-versed football IQ. Reese is growing as a young QB and is getting better every week. This past Friday vs. Williston, won big and Walters went off. The emerging QB went for 265 passing yards, threw 3 TD’s, and had an astonishing 94 completion %. In hoops, Reese is a big and athletic guard who is ready to make a name for himself in the EDC.

Reese was a 2027 in the live eval, that was one of the more balanced quarterbacks in the group when it came down to his poise and the ball throwing ability Reese has was certainly one of the more balanced onces I watched overall in this 2027 class at SDSU. I felt he had the arm strength and ball placement to excel on all three levels in the reps I watched.
