Reese played great as a Freshman in 2023. He lines up at both outside WR positions. He is quick off the LOS and uses his very good play speed to get behind the CB on vertical routes. He does a great job of tracking the ball while it is in the air before making an impressive catch over his shoulder. After the catch is made, he exhibits very good athleticism as he outruns the CB and scores on a long TD reception. On short and intermediate routes, he displays great football intelligence as he effectively reads the coverage and finds the soft spot in the zone as he gets open.
