About Reagan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Dual threat quarterback who will take what the defense gives me to move the chains and take the deep shot when available. Know the importance of my presnap reads.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very competitive person but don't let let my emotions get the better of me when I'm on the field. I undderstand as a QB I need to be in control of the offense so being level headed is important as the team is looking at me as a leader. I tend to process things in multiple steps, not just what happens next.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Outside of playing football and volleyball, I volunteer as a coach to a local youth flag football league. I started playing football in a similar league and I like to give back to the community by helping kids learn how to play and develop the correct skills and with the level of sportsmanship required.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Having played football since I was 8 years old has helped me developed much more than just my athletic abilities. Being on several teams and playing different positions has taught me the importance of being on a team and doing your job is an important part of the overall success. And as a quarterback, I have to make decisions as a leader that impacts the team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Going into my senior year I was named the starting QB based on offseason workouts, but on week 1a double reclass transfers in and the coaches give him the position without an open competition. I was upset but did not cause trouble for the better of the team, instead kept working at practice and after with WRs. When the QB was injured, I was able to go in and win two games, throwing for 7 TDs.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college where academics is a priority as well as football. Diversity is also important to me, I want to be able to learn from not only the classroom setting but also the community members. Whether that's the students I'm around or even the people around where the school is located.
