Parker is one of the top two-way players across the region heading into 2025, and impacts the game in all three phases. Offensively, he is a twitchy and elusive route runner that can stretch the field, make contested catches/has high point abilities and shows he can beat man coverage with downfield separation and true third level speed. Defensively, he is a smooth operator in transition that does a good job breaking to the ball and has strong ball skills with disciplined eyes in coverage while also showing he can come up and help in run support. He currently holds one offer from Toledo but it would not be surprising if others came in and offered here soon as well.

Parker has had a busy month of April taking visits to USC, UCLA, UNLV, and UAB over the past two weeks. Posted a breakout junior season recording 44 catches for 671 yards and 8 TDs in the fall. He’s a skilled athlete on both sides of the ball with great hands, toughness, and body control out of the slot. Parker picked up his most recent offer from San Diego in January with other offers from UNLV and San Diego St.

Parker took a gameday visit to UNLV for the program’s blowout victory over Fresno St. this past weekend. The Rebels are the most recent program to offer the 2026 standout back in May. Parker also holds an offer from hometown San Diego St.

Parker flashed athletic playmaking in all three phases as a sophomore for Mater Dei Catholic. He’s a reliable, committed tackler on the perimeter that can shed/avoid blocks from WRs, locate the ball, and work downhill to close space. He shows promising speed and elusiveness with the ball in his hands and plus-side ball skills as a pass catcher. Parker- who picked up his first offer from San Diego St. in November- should continue to rise the ranks of San Diego’s 2026 ATHs.
