One of the most gifted pass-catchers in the state,

has played himself firmly into the conversation as a Top 10 WR—and honestly, he might still be underrated. With over 20 touchdowns this season, Elmore has been nothing short of dominant, torching secondaries with elite burst, clean route running, and the kind of body control you only see from true playmakers.
He’s the receiver every defensive coordinator circles first… and still struggles to contain. Elmore can win vertically, attack space after the catch, or bully defenders on contested balls. No matter how he’s used, he finds a way to make game-changing plays.
As Richmond prepares for their second-round test against Porter Ridge, Elmore becomes one of the biggest problems on the field. If he starts cooking early, the Raiders’ offense becomes nearly impossible to slow down. Expect him to draw attention, command bracket coverage, and still find ways to impact the game—because that’s what elite receivers do.
Stopping him? Easier said than done.

The East Carolina commit has had a big season for Porter Ridge so far, as they have a strong record heading into the state playoffs. Raishawn has been used more in the running game this year, and he’s shown his versatility and special ability with the ball in his hands, scoring multiple rushing touchdowns throughout the season so far. As a receiver, Raishawn has very good speed and excels against man coverage, especially.

The East Carolina commit is a dynamic and explosive receiver on the outside who can do some special things with the football in his hands. Raishawn is fast, can high point the ball well in single coverage, and has very strong hands at the catch point. Porter Ridge targeted him a good bit in this jamboree and showcased him, so get there early to watch the show this year again.

had a breakout season for Porter Ridge last year, finishing with an impressive 16 total touchdowns. A big-time red zone threat, Elmore combines physicality with enough speed to turn short catches into big gains — even taking a kickoff back for a touchdown. He consistently makes contested catches look routine, showcasing the kind of body control and hands that separate elite receivers from the rest.

Raishawn, among a banner year for wide receivers in North Carolina, exploded up our rankings thanks to a number of offers from multiple schools, and even more impressive speed and athleticism in some video of offseason work we observed of him. Raishawn and

are going to give the Porter Ridge offense a more explosive element than we usually see from them from a passing perspective, which has to be exciting for Pirates fans this upcoming season.

Elmore has blown up on the recruiting trail in recent months, landing half a dozen offers from Group of Five schools around the southeast. He has elite ball skills and a strong combination of speed, size, and strength. You don’t normally see guys his size returning kicks or taking snaps at wildcat QB, but Elmore does all of that and more. With some more refinement in his route-running, I think he could end up a Power Four receiver by the end of the cycle.

I also had a chance to see Raishawn up close last season, and he is a physically impressive player for sure, every bit of 6’2 and I think he is a good 185 and probably has room to add to that in the weight room. Raishawn jumped onto the recruiting scene with a strong start last season and now has several Division 1 offers. Raishawn simply is big and fast, and he can win against man coverage, especially on the deep ball downfield. Porter Ridge’s offense often sees favorable coverage looks from a scheme perspective, and Raishawn does a good job of taking advantage on the outside consistently.

I recently wrote about Raishawn in our 704 Junior Bowl series and put him in the Athlete category, but as a Wide Receiver solely, Raishawn really came into his own last season. Since we last wrote about him, Raishawn has picked up another offer from Charlotte. Raishawn excels in winning against man coverage and has a special ability to highpoint the football. Raishawn has good speed and is making exponential progress in his route-running ability. He has the potential for a really big senior season.
