About Pierson

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I have a motor that never quits on the line and relishes the opportunity to line up across from someone bigger than me on the line. I primarily play OT but do also like to play at the Guard position and push up field. I do love the opprutunity to pass block.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a student of the game and I have a great ability to understand and learn different offensive concepts. I am a great teammate and love the brotherhood that's created in the locker room and on the field.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I do volunteer feeding the homeless community in Rapid City with a couple differfent organizations. I also do volunteer with our local your bowling organization.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a school that has a community feel to it and has the support from adminstration to faculty to coaches. I would like to pursue a degree in business adminstration with an emphasize on finance or management.

An offensive linemen that I felt had a handful of college coaches attention last Saturday, was 2026 offensive linemen Pierson Morganfield Pierson Morganfield Pierson Morganfield 6'4" | 256 lbs | OL/DL St Thomas More | 2026 State SD . After reviewing his tape from his junior year, I could tell in Aberdeen that Pierson brought more balance across the board with his footwork, hand placement, and surely saw more downhill drive-blocking ability. I also was impressed with the improvement of his agile movement especially to his left side as that struck a chord pretty persistently on Pierson during the live eval at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase. He checked in too verified at 6’4 and came in about 10-12 pounds bigger which I could tell that frame grew from the weight room. He is one that I already have circled as a stockriser, and one that college coaches should continue to watch closely this summer out of Rapid City St. Thomas More.
