Immediately, he will be one of the top quarterbacks in the class of 2027 for the state of Arkansas. This will be his first ranking in the state of Arkansas. He displays good arm strength with solid velocity, allowing him to effectively attack the full field. Additionally, he showcases good footwork and mechanics. Blair demonstrates good pocket mobility with the awareness to evade post-snap pressure. Keep an eye on him throughout 2025.
