Phillips Blair Phillips Blair Phillips Blair 6'2" | 205 lbs | QB Little Rock Catholic | 2027 State AR has transferred from Woodberry Forest High School in Virginia to Little Rock Catholic High School. Immediately, he will be one of the top quarterbacks in the class of 2027 for the state of Arkansas. This will be his first ranking in the state of Arkansas. He displays good arm strength with solid velocity, allowing him to effectively attack the full field. Additionally, he showcases good footwork and mechanics. Blair demonstrates good pocket mobility with the awareness to evade post-snap pressure. Keep an eye on him throughout 2025.

Phillips is an accurate passer who remains poised in his pass set to deliver the pass. Shows the ability to roll out and throw on the run. He shows good patience to let routes develop and has the ability to maneuver the pocket to set himself up for the throw. Can throw the deep ball with solid zip on the pass. He has a good foundation to build upon over the next two seasons, and I look forward to seeing how he continues to develop his game as one of the better passers in the Virginia class of 2027.

While their seems to be a lot of hype with Jackson coming into the fold do not sleep on our 5th ranked quarterback Phillips Blair Phillips Blair Phillips Blair 6'2" | 205 lbs | QB Little Rock Catholic | 2027 State AR . He has a nice touch on his deep ball and is 6’2/190 lbs. already, if he is not used at quarterback he is too talented to not be on the field somewhere else.
