About Paxton

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Strength-based, heads-up football. I primarily play NT, occasionally bumping out to DT. I don't think I have ever been blocked by just one OL, usually two or three.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a pretty laid-back individual off the field. On the field, I am determined to make an impact, if it's eating blockers so others can make plays, sobeit.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently involved in my high school's AFJROTC program (aviation focus) as well as band and an honors world history class.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a dependable team player. I never tear my teammates down, only build them up and motivate them. If I am a leader, I am a quiet leader - lead by doing, not talking.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

This past season (2025) was marred with injuries: quad strain, concussion, ankle sprain, mcl strain, bruised rib; I missed a lot of playing time. I also have ADHD. I didn't let any of that stop me from contributing to the betterment of team, while injured - I learned how to film everything from practice to games and became a staple that way. Football gives me an anchor to help curb my ADHD.

What type of college are you looking for?

Ideally, I want a college that has both an AFROTC program and an engineering/robotics/aviation pathway, preferably in Michigan or Ohio, but am more than willing to consider other locations.
