, Oliver took Linton-Stockton to a state championship and his work is paying off. Oliver is a dynamic two-way prospect. On offense he can get behind defenders and is a big target for his quarterback. Oliver’s college fit looks better on defense, where his pursuit off the backside and strong skills as a tackler will be an invaluable asset for the Sycamores.
The Flying Jets will need to find a way to contain Oliver, who had a big game in last week’s stunning victory. He had 290 yards from scrimmage and four total touchdowns. The 6-foot-4, 216-pound prospect will be a tough cover with his size and strength.
Oliver has had a stellar career and has only improved each year. He’s versatile and came through offensively for Linton-Stockton. LS has scratched and clawed its way into the finals this year because they suffered 2 early season losses that could have rocked the boat, but instead, they steadied the ship. Oliver has been a big reason. He’s a leader, and confident, and the guys around him trust him. His 157 yards and a TD led the game, and it was his 90-yard TD that was the play of the game.
Oliver rushed for 93 yards and three touchdowns, and also added 197 yards as a receiver with another touchdown to boot. The 6-foot-4, 216-pound receiver / tight end prospect has plenty of bulk and great adjustment to the ball in the open field. Oliver has a legitimate chance to land on recruiting radars with a strong college camp showing.

is a dynamic edge player with the speed, length, and disruptive ability to impact the game on every snap. Paul excels at capping the edge, effectively sealing off outside running lanes and forcing ball carriers back inside. Oliver’s quickness off the edge enables him to beat offensive tackles and apply pressure on quarterbacks. With his long frame, Paul has a natural advantage in reaching and disrupting passing lanes, making it difficult for quarterbacks to throw over him. Paul’s disruptive presence in the backfield forces quarterbacks to make quick decisions and disrupts the timing of opposing offenses. Oliver will be a difference-maker on defense and a game-changing pass rusher at the next level.
