About Paul
Expert Analysis
Mark Johnson | Prep Redzone Scout
Kim put together a strong final performance. He showed some strong return skills on special teams, and was generally tight with his coverage. On special teams, Paul played with soft hands, good feet, and a burst to hit holes and get to top speed quickly. On defense, Paul looked good in man coverage. He had the balance and body control to be able to turn, cut, or slide to stay with his man and also react to the breaks of routes. Kim was aggressive at the catch point, making it hard for WRs to focus on making the catch. Paul is one of the top uncommitted players at his position in the state. Give him a look.

The 6′ 180 lbs DB is one of several athletes on this roster blessed with next level speed. Speed that can take over games at the HS level, and succeed at the next level. Paul is at his best when he is playing off coverage. From there he can read the QB or WR, and react from there. He is so quick that he is able to get to spots before the ball despite the cushion. That range could also make him a potential safety at the next level. That way he can continue to keep everything in front of him, read, and react quickly. Kim is one of the state’s best when it comes to the DB position in the Class of 2024.

Janesville Parker | 2024
State
WI
was another standout junior for Janesville Parker. He made his biggest plays in the return game where he was able to flash his pure speed, and vision. Both of which also helped him on offense. Parker used him in the run and pass game last night. His biggest play on offense was a jet sweep where he was able to get outside containment, and use his speed to win the race down the sideline.
The 6′ 180 lbs athlete has track speed. He has posted a 11.02 100 meter dash, and a sub 4.5 40 time. The long lean athlete just needs a glimpse of daylight and he can break loose for bi plays. He is also one of the handful of athletes who consistently play both ways for Janesville Parker. The three headed monster of Douglas- Brandenburg- Kim are going to be hard to stop the next season and a half.
