This group of WRs, paired with their QB for another season should put up big numbers. On the other side of the ball, the DBs are going to make it hard to complete passes to keep up with the scoring that the Parker offense is sure to do. Let’s dive into this exciting group of senior skill position players, along with another soon to be senior to know or two.
The 6’5” 215 lbs WR is an intimidating presence out on the perimeter. He has a massive frame, with excellent strength to match. He uses that strength before the catch, as he is able to play power through DBs trying to jam him in his route. The strength shows up at the catch point too where he can fight through contact to secure the catch with his strong hands. After the catch he uses that power to break tackles, and then he has the speed to pull away for big yards after contact. That speed makes him easy for him to stretch teh field, especially when he gets free releases. JJ has a good feel for the soft spots in coverage. Douglas is just starting to see him recruitment take off. Get on him now.
The 6′ 180 lbs DB is one of several athletes on this roster blessed with next level speed. Speed that can take over games at the HS level, and succeed at the next level. Paul is at his best when he is playing off coverage. From there he can read the QB or WR, and react from there. He is so quick that he is able to get to spots before the ball despite the cushion. That range could also make him a potential safety at the next level. That way he can continue to keep everything in front of him, read, and react quickly. Kim is one of the state’s best when it comes to the DB position in the Class of 2024.
The 5’11” 170 lbs WR has the potential to put up huge numbers on the way to a breakout season. He possesses track speed that translates to the field. More importantly, Cayden has lightning quick twitch and change of direction that make him an excellent route runner. He is able to burst out of the breaks of his routes at nearly top speed. This leads to yards of separation from DBs. The junior tracks the ball well while it is in the air, can adjust to it, and has the hand-eye coordination to make difficult catches. Make sure Cayden is on your radars. Big year is coming.
Highlights
Jeff took over in 2022, and the 6’5” 180 lbs junior proved to be an athlete that deserves next level consideration. He is a poised passer who won’t panic when under pressure. His eyes stay downfield even when scrambling from pressure. The arm is there for him to be able to attack to the intermediate levels with velocity, and he relies on accuracy when pushing it further down the field. The touch to drop the ball into soft spots is natural for him. it will be interesting to see his development after this offseason.
The 6’2” 170 lbs DB is built for the cornerback position. He has exceptional length, yet he has the body control and reactive athleticism to still be able to run with receivers in man coverage. Antione uses that length well to break up passes, and it helps him recover if beat off the ball. Antoine also tracks the ball well in the air, in thanks to his experience at receiver. D3-D2 level name to know.

The 6’3” 195 LB is an exciting prospect who is going to climb the rankings this year. He has length for the position, and a frame that looks capable of holding the size needed. When Keegan is on the edge you get a clear idea of his impressive first step burst, and closing speed. His lateral movements are also quick, and they help him disengage with OL. I’m excited to see how he looks as a senior this fall. Keep an eye on this under the radar prospect.
