QB MVP
One of my top quarterbacks from camp on Sunday has a familar last name to UW-Stout Blue Devils football fans, as Parker’s cousin Hank was the Blue Devils gunslinger back in my days in Menomonie. He was proficent on all three levels and showed off the balanced arm strength you wanted to see in the live eval on his throws. Parker also was highly proficent with his ball placement in the reps I was able to watch. The 6’2 185 pounder from Cochrane-Fountain City has good measurables for the quarterback position at the next-level and came into camp with a Division 1 offer from the new staff at Drake. He’s one that surely will get much more attention this summer in my eyes from more scholarship-level schools and beyond.

The 6’2″ 185 lbs lefty QB and safety out of C-FC was a key piece to C-FC making a run to a State appearance in 2025. As a passer Parker can sling it around the field. The ball zips out of his hand and even when he is going 40+ yards downfield we see the velocity holding all the way to the receiver. Parker is able to quickly set and get the ball out with a concise throwing motion. Most importantly, Parker is really good with his accuracy from the quick passing game to dropping it in a bucket deep downfield. When he decides to keep it himself the dual threat QB has the speed to flip the field. He also has the agility to get himself out of trouble in the backfield. His play at QB seems to have also made him very instinctual as a safety on the back end of the defense. Tap into his highlights.

. The 6’2″ 185 lbs 2027 QB led C-FC to a State appearance with the help of his impressive dual threat abilities. Parker is a left handed passer and the arm talent is impressive. He can have the ball jumping out of his hand and there is no hesitation to be aggressive and let it fly deep downfield. Parker is a poised athlete who will stand in the pocket before turning to his athleticism. It is excellent athleticism too. The type of speed that could open up the chance for him to play other positions if college coaches wanted. Parker is able to quickly pick through traffic and then hit that second gear in the open field. You need to give the small school QB/ATH a look.
