Owen put together the best statistical season we have seen from a Pewaukee QB. He set the school record for single season TDs (17), and single season completion percentage (63.6%). As a sophomore, Owen did a great job of taking over the helm. They utilized him on a lot of roll outs where he showed off his accuracy on the run. It also showed off some poise. The underclassman kept his eyes downfield in those scenarios, and wasn’t looking to run. Dobberstein has good control over his ball placement. This fall I will be looking to see how the arm strength has developed as well as his footwork when going through his drop inside the pocket. The tools are there for him to mold and push himself up the rankings.
