This 6’3” interior lineman from Kansas is a 2027 guard/center that plays with a strong base anchoring at the point of attack. Wrestles guy to the ground. Elite hand placement and anchoring vs strength. Monster in pass pro as he is so quick with his sets. Combination of quickness and raw strength.

, 6’3, 285, OL, Maize, ’27. Following a standout sophomore season, he was back to work early in the off-season putting in the grind. He is also another one of the top athletes in the area training with Coach Rashad Daniels, focusing on strength, speed, footwork and agility. With camp season just around the corner he has a number of top camps in mind but has not finalized his plans to date. Last fall he put on a full display of the tools he brings to the game and with his D1-size and mobility, he has already started drawing significant interest from coaches and recruiters. He can play either guard position and with his powerful base and great feet is a punishing blocker. His agility and lateral quickness enables him to pull and lead on the corner or wall off in pass pro as needed. This guy is on a great trajectory and is just getting warmed up. He is going to dominate in a big way this fall.

Starting on varsity as a freshman is no easy task, especially in the trenches, and 6’1, 260 lb. lineman Nolan Hadley is making it look easy as the starting left guard for the Maize High School Eagles. After a dominant middle school career, he’s come into the high school ranks and asserted himself among much bigger and experienced linemen on both sides of the ball, mainly thanks to his skillset that includes a ton of mobility and versatility for his size and age. I really like how Hadley operates, changes direction, and is overall effective in space, as he’s more than able to pull, work to the second level, and shut down defenders in pass protection. Hadley changes direction and can start/stop well when working to the second level and corralling quicker LBs and DBs, and he’s already comfortable in pass pro, where he does a good job of mirroring and patiently waiting to strike before he runs his feet and washes DL out of the play and also sets a good anchor to handle power rushes. He’s quick off the ball, which helps the 260 lber. pull around the LOS with force and control, and he’s strong enough to finish opponents once he gets hands-on and is engaged, which aids him in both the aforementioned situations as well as in pure run blocking, 1-on-1, who-wants-it-more reps. Hadley can already do a lot around the LOS and do it all well, which spells out good things for his future, especially if he can keep growing and hitting the weight room hard. Kansas has some big-time 2027 prospects already making noise in their OL class.
