Notre Dame (Sherman Oaks) running back Noel Washington Noel Washington 6'0" | 180 lbs | RB Notre Dame | 2028 State CA picked up an offer from Penn State on Tuesday.

Washington ran for 782 yards with 11 touchdowns as a sophomore for Notre Dame last season and added a receiving touchdown.

He also has offers from Arizona, UCLA, Nebraska and Washington among others. Washington ran a 10.7 in the 100 meters this season and is one of the better junior running backs in the Southern Section coming into the season.
