Butler is an explosive athlete, he is phonebooth quick, he moves fluidly in space and he runs sharp routes that enabled him to win multiple reps at the PRZ Combine, taking home the MVP for the wide receivers. Noel is shifty with the ability to stop on a dime, cut quickly, drop his hips and get out of his breaks with an explosive burst. He ran well and moved fluidly through the combine drills, displaying speed and power. Noel has the speed to create separation from defenders and he made several deep ball grabs blowing by the coverage. After watching Butler’s fall tape from 2023, he showed all the traits of an elite playmaker, returning kicks for touchdowns, he lined up in the wildcat, taking the snap, weaving his way through traffic showing superb vision and the ability to make a house call for six. Butler has the skill set to be an offensive force the more touches he gets, get him the ball and watch him work.
