Quiet, humble, consistent, calm, fast & physical.

Man of few words. Talk is just that. More action oriented. Consistency is important.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My leadership style is to lead by example with hard work, persistence, effort, positivity & trusting and believing in the process laid out by coaches.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Being diagnosed with adhd and learning disabilities has forced me to have to work twice as hard as the people next to me to achieve things. But I feel that it has made me very resilient, and has taught me that everything that I want in life, I am going to have to work hard for & stay focused on. And knowing that getting knocked down or failing is an opportunity to learn from and become stronger.
