I wrote about Nico back in early winter, calling him one of the athletes who would shake up the rankings with his debut. Fast forward to today and the 6’1″ 270 lbs NG/DT sits on the verge of being a Top 10 DL. That feels like the starting point for the big man too. His 2025 highlights show an IDL who has been able to impact games with a great blend of quickness and stoutness at the point of attack. Nico can play a two gap role, standing up his OL, finding the football and then shedding to go make the stop. He also has the quick first step to play one gap and get penetration to throw off the timing of plays. When the pads go on this summer I think the 2027 DT shows that he is even more of a mismatch that we think.
