A shifty, explosive wideout who can really fly, Buggs is a breakout receiver in Cobb County who is off to an electric start to his senior season. The sleeper pass-catcher caught an impressive 19 passes through his first three games for 382 yards and four touchdowns. He’s also helped out of the backfield in the running game, rushing eight times for 34 yards and two touchdowns. He can stretch the field vertically and is as dangerous as it gets in the area in the open field. He brings big-time speed and impressive change of direction. He’s a dynamic slot receiver on the rise who could garner some college interest and possible late offers down the road.
