Been impressed by Isaac since the Brophy spring showcase last season. He’s got ideal size for a D1 TE with a skillset that blends both his receiving and blocking abilities. Creates mismatches with a strong 6’4” 225 lb. frame and has room to grow and add mass in a college weight program. A plus athlete that has good straight line speed, ball skills, and bend. As a receiver, he can attack soft spots in coverage at the short/intermediate levels but can also work downfield in jump ball situations. After the catch, he’s tough to bring down showing that he can absorb contact and maintain forward momentum to break tackles. Reliable as a blocker using his strength and technique to engage defenders and create running lanes. He’s balanced at the contact point and can sustain throughout the play. Committed to NAU and moved up 19 spots to inside the top 100 overall.
