About Nash
Expert Analysis
Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
Johnson is a prototype corner who has emerged strongly on the recruiting scene. He comes in at 6’1 175 with ideal length for a P4 corner prospect. He does an excellent job of tying up receivers at the line and at the top of his routes. He is both instinctual and fluid enough in the hips to turn and run, click off one receiver to another in zone, and float around the catch point. Johnson projects as a man corner, where he can use his length and physicality to disrupt route timing, re-direct, and mix it up with receivers throughout the route. Johnson has several P4 offers and is due a massive rankings boost from us.

Read EvaluationMatt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
An Atlanta-area cornerback starting to gain some traction on the recruiting trail, Johnson is an impressive defensive back with natural cover skills. At Creekside last fall, Johnson showed he can step up and make big tackles against the run while running with receivers down the field against the pass. Johnson shows quick feet, brings some length on his frame, and broke up 10 passes last year in six games. He’ll suit up for McEachern next fall and has a chance to have a big junior season.
