Ranked as the No. 1 linebacker in the state, Gouda is an instinctive, hard-hitting defender who committed to the Georgia Bulldogs this week over schools like Florida, Auburn, among others. A physical defender and one of the hardest hitters you’ll find across the South, Gouda is a playmaking defender who reacts quickly, can play in space, and tackles everything in sight. He’s ranked as the No. 9 prospect in Georgia after a terrific junior season where he made 100 total tackles, two sacks and one forced fumble last fall for South Paulding (GA). Look for Gouda to do big things in Athens down the road.

A rangy linebacker with impressive length, toughness, and closing speed, Gouda knows how to hit and brings good size to the table at 6-foot-2 220-pounds. The Douglasville native out of South Paulding is a physical run defender who can also harass the quarterback in the backfield. In just nine games, Gouda was a tackling machine as he made 100 total tackles, two sacks and one forced fumbles. He’s one of the top linebackers in West Georgia and proved it this fall as a junior. Like Che, Gouda earned a major offer from the Georgia Bulldogs this week and more should be coming his way this winter and into the spring. He’s currently ranked as the No. 17 LB prospect in the state for the 2027 class.

A promising linebacker from Douglassville with the potential to have a dominant junior season, Gouda is a quick-reacting defender who gets down-hill in a hurry. He can blow up plays in the backfield and can get side-line to side-line as well. He runs hard, competes every play, and has a max-effort style of play. He’s one of the hardest-hitters in the area and will bring a physical presence to the South Paulding defense this fall. This 6-foot-2 225-pounder already has a handful of respectable offers but could see more come his way with a giant 2025 season.

A West Georgia linebacker on the rise out of South Paulding, Gouda is a hard-hitting defender who knows how to strike and deliver a sound, physical hit on the ball-carrier. He brings a solid frame and reads the play well, reacting quickly and sniffing out plays before they develop. He plays hard, he’s active, and his recruitment is starting to pick up. He’s added recent offers from Minnesota and Howard and will be added to the next 2027 Prep Redzone rankings update.
