moves from No. 15 in the previous rankings to No. 51 after recruiting momentum slowed throughout this cycle. The former Neumann Goretti standout is now at Simon Gratz, where I am excited to see what another season brings. At 5’9, 180 pounds, Williams remains one of the better overall athletes in Pennsylvania and still projects best as a defensive back in my eyes despite his offensive ability. Delaware State remains his most recent offer dating back to 2025. I believe a strong season at Gratz can quickly push him back into Top 30 consideration. This ranking says more about recruiting timing than it does about the player himself.

Out of all of the running backs that I watched, Williams was the one I probably got the most film on during 1v1’s. He’s one that likes to change tempo when he’s running routes out out of the backfield. Williams performed multiple hesitation moves, fakes, and tempo changes to freeze linebackers during the passing 1v1’s. He consistently got separation after breakds on ins, outs, angles, and go route anywhere from 2-5 yards. Only negative was one dropped pass. Solid route running on the day.

The Delaware native could be toughest CB in this 2028 class. Plays with an attitude. Already holds verbal offers from Duke, Penn State and Syracuse as of August 2024.

A dangerous corner to throw at, proven by his Defensive MVP and record-setting three interceptions in the All-Delaware Bowl this spring. No update on high school yet, but was down to three Archdiocese of Philadelphia Schools (Philly Catholic League) and Salesianum in Delaware.
Area for improvement: Juggling the judgement of when it’s OK to go for the big play/hit.
