Expert Analysis
Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
Kehinde set the tone up front for Pebblebrook, leading the team in sacks as a sophomore. Back as a junior, Kehinde is due for a breakout. The combination of a motor and POA skills is what sets the stage here. He battles with his hands, rips himself into the backfield, and can bend around blockers. He plays through the whistle and remains engaged on the QB, even when he is in retreat mode. He is still raw, so he is only going to get better. This guy gets after it and lives in the backfield as a result.

A max-effort pass-rusher with his best football still way ahead of him, Kehinde is a promising defender with quick, active hands and the ability to deliver a big, physical hit on the ball-carrier. He fires off the snap and shows a good motor, never giving up on the play and consistently finding his way into the backfield. Just a sophomore last season, Kehinde made 40 tackles, 10 TFLs and seven sacks last season for Pebblebrook. He’s one of the top returning 2028 defenders in the region and currently ranked be Prep Redzone as the No. 196 prospect in Georgia for his class. Look for Kehinde to take another step in his progression this upcoming season in year three.

He sets his contain very well, and is someone who has been viewed as a fast riser in our rankings. We have high hopes and expectations for what he will bring to the camp, and he will make his case for being one of the better names in the class of 2028. We wouldn’t be shocked one bit if this is used as a stepping stone to college offers.

Kehinde was one of the better defensive linemen in the state of Georgia, as he is someone who found many ways to get home. He finished the season with nearly 8 sacks. This is exceptional for an EDGE rusher in the state of Georgia, especially when you factor in that this past season was only his second of his career. He used his quickness off the edge, and his hands were great throughout the season. He will be one of the first guys in the class who will get looked at in the state of Georgia, because he also has solid size to go along with these things.

A metro-Atlanta pass-rusher on the rise in the 2028 class, Kehinde is having a really strong sophomore season for Pebblebrook and has flashed easy D1 talent and potential this season. He brings good size at 6-foot-2 220-pounds and does a good job of using his hands to shed blocks and attack the quarterback. He’s been consistently disruptive and has been one of the better pass-rushers in the area halfway through the season. Kehinde has made 26 tackles, six TFLs and 5.5 sacks through his first seven games. He’ll push for All-Region honors at the end of the season and will be an easy addition to the next Prep Redzone rankings.
